At SmGains, we want to make your Return/Refund or Store credit as easy as possible.
Return or refund requests must be emailed to us at email@example.com within 3 days of purchase date in order to test our service.
Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your request.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Your Order and social gains package must yet to be undelivered, or it was delivered wrong.
- Your order needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Return/Refund request is mailed to us within 3 days from the date of purchase
If your refunds do not meet the above criteria please send us an email with the subject “Refunds”. Tell us which of the conditions that have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the request in a condition that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option to do a refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have received and processed the refund.
Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed above. However, your refunds are processed once your refund has been received and processed by our distribution/Refund department.

Store Credits; if you want to make an even exchange, you can opt for our store credit voucher.
Other benefits include:
- Your price is guaranteed.
- In the event, your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.
Our store credit vouchers do not expire.
- Our store credit vouchers do not have an expiration date and therefore do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them at your own convenience.
- You can use them with other offers.
Complete the Returns process.
To exchange an order you purchased, simply complete the returns process. After submitting the returns application, you will receive a store credit by email which you can then use as payment for any item you select from the website.
Your store credit voucher is the same as cash. You can use the vouchers in conjunction with our other special offers and discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.
After filling out the returns form please wait to be contacted by our After Sales Service team. A representative will contact you via email within 48-72 business hours with further instructions for making your return.
If you are having technical difficulties please contact our support department for quick resolution via email: support [sales@SmGains.com before claiming a refund as they will be happy to solve any problems. The SmGains email support is available 24×7.
If this is not possible for a full refund to be given. Please send us an email using the “Contact” option, and we will respond within 48 hours.
We are committed and bound to process refunds within 48 hours of a valid refund request. Usually this is done within hours. Payments may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your card, bank or payment provider.
